Presentation Format/Requirements

While exceptions can be made when necessary, generally the following apply:

  • Format: 45-50 minutes speech followed by a short Q&A session
  • Event Setup: Podium, Wireless lavaliere microphone

Transportation and Lodging Requirements

  • The sponsoring organization is responsible for airfare, ground transportation, a hotel with Internet connection (One night for West Coast; two nights elsewhere.)
  • Dr. Kamajian travels from the Los Angeles, CA area.
  • Non Profit Organizations please call for exact quotes.

Speaker Fee Schedule

  • All fees are dependent upon the type, number and length of presentations.  All fees are priced as net.
  • For osteopathic medical associations, Dr. Kamajian is willing to waive speaker fee in lieu of course registration and CME credit.
